Objectives of the course
The objectives of this course are to understand the necessity and importance of teamwork, elucidate the fundamental concepts of teamwork, analyze different types of teams and their functions within organizations, explain the principles and foundations of teamwork and apply them, comprehend team negotiation and goal-setting, understand how to establish effective communication and resolve conflicts within teams, recognize the pitfalls of teamwork and strategies to address them, and acquire the knowledge and ability for active and effective participation in teamwork.
